| We are in the process of reviewing our clearing member firms Schedule 5 documents relating to new circuit orders, upgrades and network configuration changes for our Network Consolidation project. If your firm still has not sent us these documents, please do so now. In addition, we also need your network diagrams! This is critical for the network and router configurations. Our targeted completion date for migrating all clearing traffic from the WorldCom FIN to the AT&T network is still April 30, 2003. To meet this date, please be sure to complete the following steps: Submit your special Globex Schedule 5 form (if you have not done so by now) via Fax it to
Ori Lotan at 312/930-8203. Email your Network Diagram, in either Word or Visio format, to olotan@cme.com.
Schedule a networking conference call through Ori Lotan, after you have submitted your paperwork and network diagram, so we can review IP addressing and configuration issues. Conference calls will be scheduled on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., CT. and on Fridays between 10:00 a.m and 11:00 a.m. CME network engineers and other required staff will participate in these meetings, to cover all questions.
